We have put together a Documentation section: step-by-step guides to the parts of the app people ask about most. With screenshots taken from the running app, not pictures of roughly what it looks like.
The section is split by role — an organizer and a coach need different things, and hunting for yours in one big pile is no fun. Here is what is in there now.
For coaches
The whole path from signing up to the line-up for a game, plus separate write-ups of the bigger steps.
- Coach's guide — the end-to-end scenario: how a team appears in the app, how players get into it and what happens before the first match;
- Team player photos — shooting the whole squad in one go, including at the tournament itself;
- The team's tournament application — who exactly from the team plays this tournament;
- The match line-up — starters, substitutes, numbers for the game and goalkeepers;
- Reviewing a match on video — tagging episodes and jumping to the right moment with one tap.
For organizers
From the competition format to the final standings and the certificates.
- Groups + Cup and Plate playoffs and configuring the structure by hand — how to describe the format so the app builds the brackets and the advancement rules for you;
- Creating a tournament and getting teams in — the tournament card, age criteria and three ways to collect participants;
- Player verification — document checks and clearance for a tournament;
- Running a match — management modes, line-ups, live events, technical results;
- Penalty shootouts — what to switch on in the regulations and how to enter the shootout score when regulation ends level;
- How the standings are calculated — what the columns mean and how to configure the criteria for teams level on points;
- Certificates for participants — the template, bulk creation, exporting for print and where the player sees them.
When the question is a short one
For the small things that do not deserve a whole article there is the FAQ: why some players are highlighted in red, where the playoff matches went, how to download a team logo, how a tournament application differs from a match line-up. It grows as the questions come in.
