Children's data
Most FUTBOLISTA players are children. In plain words: what we store, who can see it, and how to ask for a correction or removal.
This page is a plain-language explanation. The legally binding documents are the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Consent.
What is in a child's profile
What we store
- first name, surname and date of birth;
- team, tournaments, matches and sports statistics from match reports;
- a profile photo, if one has been added;
- certificates and achievements issued by the organiser.
What we do not collect
- health data — we do not ask for injuries or medical certificates;
- we do not ask for home addresses or schools;
- we do not sell personal data.
If an organiser turns on player verification for an age-restricted tournament, the document is reviewed by that tournament's organiser and is not shown in the player's profile.
Who can see a child's profile
Each child's profile is visible to the family and the team by default; public visibility and photos only with parental permission. Youth matches are not streamed publicly by default.
This privacy model is being introduced for the UK launch. Today, organisers already approve or reject the profile photos submitted for player verification.
Family
A parent links the child's profile to their own account and sees the schedule, statistics, video and certificates.
Team and organiser
The coach sees the players of their team. The tournament organiser receives the data needed to run the competition: applications, age eligibility, match reports.
Photos and streams
Profile photos are approved by the organiser. Whether a match is streamed is the organiser's decision — if you do not want your child filmed, tell the organiser in advance.
How to correct or remove data
- A mistake in a match report or statistics — the tournament organiser fixes it. Write to them, or use Feedback in the app profile: the match, the minute, what is wrong.
- Profile details — name, date of birth, photo: a parent can change them in the profile if it is linked to their account; otherwise via the coach, the organiser or support.
- Remove a profile or photo — write to support@nsgsoft.me with the child's name, team, tournament and what you need. We will reply and, if needed, confirm that the request comes from a parent or legal guardian.
For the UK launch we are aligning with UK GDPR. Local contacts for other countries are listed in the Privacy Policy.
