What's new in FUTBOLISTA

The app is updated almost every day. This page lists the changes organizers, referees, coaches, players, and parents will notice. Small fixes are left out.

To get the new version, update the app in the App Store or Google Play. The web version, Windows, and macOS update themselves and offer a restart.

26–28 October

Broadcast

• Auto playlist before the match: the announcement, lineups, and referees play on their own, with no operator.
• Scoreboard during the half: 10 seconds before the end of the half the lower scoreboard moves to the top; after the whistle the score stays for 5 seconds and the half statistics for 15.
• Match-start cover and full-screen final statistics.
• Event plates: their own templates for a penalty and an own goal, paired events on one plate, goals and cards no longer doubled.
• Full-screen broadcast settings in landscape.
• iPhone: a 1080p stream runs more smoothly, without dropped frames.

Running a match

• Lineups: two compact columns with small photos, sort by number or last name, open a player with a tap.
• A new player can be saved to the squad right before the match, without a search.
• Match referees: a quick pick from the list and adding a new one.
• Replacing a team in the match is an explicit action with a warning.
• Applications and cards refresh in the background while the match is open.
• Workspace: a “Swap panels” button.
• Hall scoreboard: test the siren with the sound button.

For the organizer

• “Matches today” are grouped by tournament.
• Tournament regulations can be applied to selected stages.
• Tournament participants: application status and the list of teams with coaches.
• Playoff: a “Matches in the tie” setting.
• The season in the tournament name appears in lists and cards, without duplicates.
• Importing an application from a federation site brings player profiles and photos with it.
• Goalkeeper statistics: a clean sheet is counted.

Posters and media

• “Matches of the day”: a new template, long names wrap instead of being cut off.
• Poster types are grouped into sections and sorted alphabetically; theme palettes and fonts.
• Photo albums: links to external match albums; while a photo is uploading you see the stage and the percent.

Scouting

• Scout Ranking next to the best players in the event results, a shared Track with trials, and scores as sliders.

19–25 October

• Poster editor: palettes, layers, symbols, a transparent background, groups; new poster types for broadcasts; the organizer’s broadcast themes.
• Broadcast: goalkeepers, VAR, and lineups in the graphics; match referees in the lineup presentation; real logo colors on the scoreboard; the organizer’s language in the graphics.
• Team kits: kit colors and choosing a kit for the match.
• App updates: an “Update available” hint on Android (Google Play and the build from the site), on the web, and on iOS; Windows ships with FFmpeg included.
• VK Video: the tournament community can be entered by hand.
• For the player: linking your own card is separate from a subscription.
• Support: selecting text and links in a support chat.
• The organizer’s home screen is a new summary: matches, requests, and what needs attention.

1–18 October

• Hall scoreboard: the referee crew from “Referee assignment”, sounds for VAR, timeout, and the end of the half, a new siren, and a “lineups → referees” cycle.
• Running a match: “End the half automatically” with a siren; “name the player later” on a goal; lineups in a visible place; replacing teams and logos in the quick editor.
• Reliability: the match is saved in a queue and reaches the server even on a poor network; the header shows what has not been sent yet.
• Broadcast: score banners; events and plate duration in the playlist; one venue choice — VK Video, YouTube, or FUTBOLISTA; graphics work offline; a warning about space left for the recording.
• Posters: a live score, a QR code to the match page, a manual partner order, and a Share button.
• Player rating and a scout mode at events; a public academy page.
• Push notifications open the right match or tournament.
