These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “FUTBOLISTA Diary” application (“App”), developed and provided by NSG SOFT DOO (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You may use the App for its intended purpose, including creating, managing, and sharing football diaries, match announcements, summaries, and other features provided within the App.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the App.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
The App uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate certain types of content, such as pre-match announcements and post-match summaries.
AI-generated content is based on structured data (e.g., match statistics) and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We strive for accuracy, but generated content may occasionally contain errors.
You agree that you will not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Agreement describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Agreement, available within the App and on our website.
The App may request access to your device features (e.g., camera, geolocation) to enable certain functions.
The App may use third-party services for analytics and data processing. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App, except user-generated content, are owned by NSG SOFT DOO or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute the App’s materials without our permission.
The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its content, including AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published in the App and/or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
